Start with a free brief fit check or choose a paid consultation when you need focused recommendations, planning, measurements, or a site survey.
The exact fee for paid consultation work is disclosed before Keller IT Industries approves the appointment. Selecting a time does not create a charge.
Urgent-support availability is confirmed case by case. Urgent issues should use the published phone or email.
Monthly support plans combine an understandable pool of hours with preventive maintenance, endpoint coverage, network guidance, and response targets.
A diagnostic assessment starts at $45.00. The fee may be waived when a customer proceeds with recommended service, subject to the service policy.
Support commonly covers Windows PCs, laptops, tablets, network equipment, storage, printers, and related peripherals. Cellphone repair is not a standard advertised service but may be considered by quote when technically and economically practical.
Yes, when the issue is suitable for remote work. You must initiate or explicitly approve access, and you can end the session at any time.
A quick phone fit check is free and typically lasts 10–15 minutes. A remote consultation is $50–$75 for up to 30 minutes. An on-site consultation or survey is $100–$150; the quote states whether applicable travel is included or additional. A written plan and installation estimate are included with a paid consultation when the project calls for them. The paid consultation fee is credited toward related installation only when the written quote says so. The exact fee is disclosed before a paid appointment is approved.
On-site service is available for appropriate work in Somerset, Pulaski County, and surrounding Lake Cumberland communities. The travel charge is $20 for locations up to 10 one-way route miles from our service base, plus $2.50 for each additional one-way route mile. It is charged once per scheduled visit, not per device, and is confirmed before the appointment. Remote and customer drop-off service have no on-site travel charge.
A diagnostic assessment starts at $45 and is chargeable once performed unless a written estimate states that it will be credited or waived.
