Pricing transparency

Know the starting point. Approve the real scope.

Clear starting points, case-specific scope.
Published prices are starting prices. Parts, software licenses, third-party subscriptions, travel, and work outside the listed scope may be additional. Price may vary based on device condition, scope, parts, and complexity.

A diagnostic assessment starts at $45.00. The fee may be waived when a customer proceeds with recommended service, subject to the service policy.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you hand over a device—or your network.

What types of devices do you support?

Support commonly covers Windows PCs, laptops, tablets, network equipment, storage, printers, and related peripherals. Cellphone repair is not a standard advertised service but may be considered by quote when technically and economically practical.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes, when the issue is suitable for remote work. You must initiate or explicitly approve access, and you can end the session at any time.

Do you provide on-site service, and what does travel cost?

On-site service is available for appropriate work in Somerset, Pulaski County, and surrounding Lake Cumberland communities. The travel charge is $20 for locations up to 10 one-way route miles from our service base, plus $2.50 for each additional one-way route mile. It is charged once per scheduled visit, not per device, and is confirmed before the appointment. Remote and customer drop-off service have no on-site travel charge.

What is the diagnostic fee?

A diagnostic assessment starts at $45 and is chargeable once performed unless a written estimate states that it will be credited or waived.

When is payment due, and which methods do you accept?

Payment is due when service is completed and before equipment is released unless different written terms were approved. Accepted methods are cash, Zettle card or tap-to-pay, Cash App, and Zelle. Remote service is due upon completion through a Zettle invoice.
